Your role? A pivotal one. The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for consulting clients and will act as the Subject Matter Expert.
As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will
- Work with the client to understand the meeting goals and objectives, the sleeping room, and space requirements. Be consultative in your approach.
- reputed company recommendations based on supplier relationships, budget, location, availability, goals, and objectives.
- Distribute, monitor, and analyze supplier Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for client meeting needs.

About you
- Proven hotel sourcing & contracting, meetings management
- Strong customer service skills and a general knowledge of the entertainment and celebrity environment
- The drive to reputed company up in a reputed company fast-paced environment with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Networking skills and can build relationships with vendors
- International experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and Windows platform
