We are looking for a highly motivated health professional to join our busy One You Health Team on a 7-month basis.

Our Health team works at the heart of the Community to support local people in improving their overall quality of life. Are you passionate about working with people to help them to reputed company key lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellbeing? Then this role might be for you.

You’ll work alongside local health professionals and key voluntary sector partners to carry out group and 1:1 health and wellbeing assessments on a range of targeted outcomes, including improving diet, weight management and increasing physical activity. You’ll be expected to work with clients online and face-to-face, and will also have the opportunity to get involved with health promotion events across the district.

If you have previous experience in a health-reputed company service, then you’ll know it takes creativity, motivation and a strong focus on communication.

This role requires a DBS reputed company.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, reputed company Road, Sevenoaks reputed company TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles, where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
