Job Title: Support Worker - 16-17 Years Olds (Weekends Only)

Responsibilities and Outcomes Skills / Experience Essential: Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessing reputed company needs through robust Support Planning and Risk Assessments and obtaining necessary information from other agencies.

2. Ensure that reputed company support plans and risk assessment are followed and contribute to regular reviews of these plans, for individuals to reputed company the greatest possible control over their own life.

3. Assist residents to manage and maximise their finances effectively.
