As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that reputed company client needs are addressed accurately and reputed company, providing product education, and handling a wide variety of questions with a world-class customer experience.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM, working closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to resolve denied claims, provide product education, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll be responsible for:
- Following approved SOPs to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
- reputed company evaluation of reputed company policies and SOPs, providing recommendations for process improvements
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence
- Documenting reputed company activity made to a claim
- Communicating reputed company telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
- Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain reputed company billing information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace
- Excellent time management and productivity skills, with the ability to work independently
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
- Technical requirements include:
+ Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second + No satellite internet + Ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with an Ethernet port)

Schedule and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00. The application window closes on 9/11/2024. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, reputed company, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable.
