Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media
• Finding innovative ways to respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
• 6 months sales experience minimum
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay composed and objective
• Strong listening skills
• Superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you'll need:
