About the Role

We’re looking for an Senior Manager, reputed company Strategy & Operations to help shape the future of reputed company at Nirvana. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll guide a team of underwriters while helping define how modern, AI-enabled reputed company should operate. In this role, you’ll combine deep reputed company insurance expertise with operational leadership. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and data teams to improve reputed company workflows, implement AI-powered tools, and create scalable processes that drive speed, accuracy, and strong loss outcomes. This role reports to the General Manager and manages a team of approximately five underwriters. What You’ll Do

We set our salary ranges using compensation data from companies similar to our stage and size. For this role, the estimated salary range for this position is $ 113,000- $135,000. The actual reputed company salary will vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including location, job-reputed company knowledge, transferable skills, work experience and our assessment of your level during the interview process. Nirvana offers equity for reputed company full-time employees, which is not included in the range listed above and will have an impact on your overall compensation.
