Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a Data Analyst: Value-Based Care to contribute to Bluestone's analytics initiatives. This role will support the analytical capability by assisting in the maintenance of existing systems, performing standardized processes, and executing analytical work to support strategic influence and operational excellence. Schedule: Full-time position, regular business hours Monday thru Friday. Location: This position will be a work from home position, and may come in-office located in downtown Stillwater, MN as requested. Salary: $74,000 - $94,000 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of analytical systems, standardized reporting, and data products to deliver VBC and operational insights.
• Support efforts to streamline and document repetitive analytical work to maximize data efficiencies.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to understand reporting needs and assist in the development of reporting frameworks that support strategic organizational initiatives.
