Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class support to our customers. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll interact with hundreds of callers daily, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve a wide range of customer service inquiries. Key Responsibilities
* Interact with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to bring resolutions to a wide reputed company of customer service inquiries
- Actively resolve complaints and concerns reputed company the queue
- Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns
- Process account requests
- Provide guidance with product features and properly diagnose hardware/software issues
- Screen share to resolve technical issues as needed
- Coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary: $17.85/hour
- Flexible scheduling: A minimum of 38 hours/week will be scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required
