What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
- Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and resolve their concerns
- Collaborating with your team to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to apply it to resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in computer software and hardware, with a reliable high-speed internet reputed company (at least 15mbps)
