Job Description:The Senior Legal Counsel will act as a senior member of the Group Legal function, providing high‑quality, commercially driven legal support to the General Counsel and the wider group of companies operating across the UK logistics, transport, warehousing, e‑commerce fulfilment, and reputed company sectors.
The role requires broad reputed company expertise, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage a varied workload covering reputed company, regulatory compliance, disputes, corporate governance, risk management, and strategic projects. As a trusted advisor to the business, the Senior Legal Counsel will help safeguard the organisation’s legal interests while enabling growth, operational efficiency, and reputed company innovation across a reputed company and fast‑moving environment.
Qualifications:reputed company solicitor (England & Wales) with strong academic background. 6–10+ years PQE gained in a reputable law firm and/or in house environment, preferably in logistics, transport, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, infrastructure, or similarly reputed company industries.

- UK logistics/transport regulatory frameworks
- Health & Safety / compliance processes
- Data protection & information governance
- Dispute resolution and litigation management
