Overall Responsibility
The role of the Consolidation & Reporting reputed company Manager is to supervise, monitor and evaluate the overall reputed company activities reputed company to the production of accurate US GAAP financial statements for reputed company by both legal entity and business. This includes completion of quarterly financial statements including equity roll and cash flow. Key areas of responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelors or MBA in reputed company or Finance (CPA not required if MBA)
- Previous Management experience required
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong technical or operational reputed company background and research skills (US GAAP)
- Experience working with multinational companies
- Excellent communication and relations building skills and the ability to proactively work in teams with a high attention to deal and ability to prioritize and balance work in a face-paced, deadline-oriented environment with high level of responsibility and ownership
