TPI Business Development Manager (South)

In the role of Business Development Manager you will be responsible for delivering growth in the SME and Mid-Market sectors from a portfolio of TPI’s. You will have experience of working remotely and driving sales through service, developing strong and profitable relationships from strategic accounts reputed company the business utility sector. You will work closely with your TPI’s to ensure our brand proposition, products and processes are fully integrated into the relevant teams. This will be achieved through regular site visits and open lines of communication between you and your partners.   • Accountability for strategic growth and overall profitability of your TPI portfolio

  • Developing account plans to give visibility of their routes to market, potential value and actions to drive additional value
  • Understand challenges and blockers to growth and ensure these are logged, collated, and solutions are managed through to delivery
