We are reputed company for an reputed company Regional Sales Manager, responsible for EP revenues and managing the field team in reputed company England, Scotland & Ireland.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will:
- Provide first (and second) line management to the team allocated and be fully responsible for reputed company HR reputed company activities including coaching and development for reputed company direct and indirect reports.
- Be accountable for the results of sales revenues of the EP portfolio.
- Liaise effectively with team and wider support staff to ensure implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and reputed company reputed company.

What you'll need:
- A Degree in life science or equivalent.
- Significant medical sales experience in medical devices, ideally in a similar sales management role, with cardiology preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills.
- Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, with good negotiation skills.
- Ethical character.
