Position Overview – Remote Customer Support Representative

The Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex serves as the front line of our member experience. You will engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and video platforms, helping them navigate our health plans, digital portals, and wellness programs. Key Responsibilities
