[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for entering daily accounts payable transactions and reconciling corporate credit card transactions for the company's operating entities.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring, validation and recording of reputed company high volume of both AP transactions and bank debits
- Entering high-volume of Accounts Payable invoices with careful attention to detail for correct coding and for selecting the correct operating company
- Detailed receipt review, and monitor employee compliance with corporate credit card usage
- Reconcile corporate credit card activity
- Review and reconcile variances that may occur due to integration issues
- Work closely with and communicate with other members of the reputed company team, as well as supervisor, collections specialist & AR specialist
- Prepares special reports or other projects, as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in reputed company/finance
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities
- Experience in coding AP transactions
- Ability to multi-task and work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Self-starter
- Analyzing information
