Your future role at a glance Location: Remote Department: reputed company Contact Center - Centralized Scheduling Schedule: Day shift l Full-time | Hours vary between 7:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday Salary range: $18.31 - 24.77 per hour #ACC #LI-Remote How you'll reputed company an impact in this role You will manage scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring clinical resources and patient time are used with maximum efficiency. You will accurately capture demographic and insurance info to ensure a seamless checkout and billing experience. You will resolve scheduling hurdles and provide clear, empathetic guidance to patients regarding their pre-service requirements. You will support the insurance authorization process to ensure patients get the care they need without delays. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need reputed company experience is strongly preferred. Experience scheduling patient appointments reputed company phone and chat correspondence. Experience taking high volume calls in a health-care setting. Ability to navigate multiple systems in a remote environment.
