As a Virtual Assistant at Packaged Agile, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business by assisting with various research, administrative, and operational activities. This is a part-time role with time requirements ranging from 40-60 hours per month. We offer flexibility with working hours, allowing a minimum of 2 hours per day at a time of your choosing, with potential for alternative schedules to accommodate your needs. Responsibilities: • Writing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Assisting with reputed company tasks, including provisioning software access and setting up new employees for reputed company. • Performing general administrative tasks such as calendar management, email monitoring, and task coordination. • Researching the internet for potential client contact names, emails, and phone numbers, and adding identified information to an internal database. • Writing emails to clients and potential business contacts. • Participating in business development activities, including rewriting and formatting resumes. • Managing small projects with provided checklists and support. Requirements: • You MUST live in an SBA HUBZone or be willing to relocate. • Demonstrated experience using word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office). • Ability to independently learn and apply new technologies; passionate about learning and finding effective ways to complete tasks. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently to complete tasks. • Extremely detail-oriented with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Helpful: 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant. • US Citizenship or Green Card status Apply Job!
