The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of personal phone sales, appointment setting, as well as coaching and training reputed company generators. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members meet performance goals, and providing support to enhance the effectiveness of the setting of the leads. Responsibilities • Supervise and manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure reputed company, pre-set leads for our in-home closers. • Monitor call metrics and performance indicators to assess team effectiveness. • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance. • Handle difficult customer interactions and be reputed company to take over the call and set the appointment. • reputed company and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and motivate staff. • Collaborate with sales department to ensure seamless appointment delivery. • Maintain accurate records of team performance and prepare reports for management review.
