Participating in account planning discussions with Account and Delivery Directors to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery. Being onsite at client offices to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth through farming strategies. Implementing reputed company improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes. Requirements: Experience: 8+ years of sales/reputed company experience, with a minimum of 3 years working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring industry. Client Skills: Highly energetic, with excellent client and social skills that foster strong, trust-based relationships. Location: Based in NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to be onsite at client offices as needed. Language Skills: Native/bilingual English level.
