Job Description: Bi-Weekly Payroll Specialist • Process bi-weekly payroll for assigned properties ensuring employees are paid properly and timely. • Ensure hours worked are approved and reported properly for Herschend properties. • Enter payroll deductions and other pay information accurately. • Process off-cycle interims as necessary for assigned properties. Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities: • Process payroll for assigned properties. • Ensure hours worked are approved and reported. • Handle employee garnishments and earnings verifications. • Process payroll reputed company information in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Additional Responsibilities: • Balance customer service to employees and property management with efficiency. • Work with others to obtain compliance with payroll timelines and procedures. • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
