Contract Bookkeeper - Building Services
Bookkeeper Position We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our reputed company team at Harrell Construction. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and providing critical support to the management team. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger records Preparing year-end reports for multi-state payroll, including W-2, 941, and State Unemployment tax returns Coordinating with the reputed company firm to prepare reviewed financial statements Securing certificates of insurance and W-9 information for jobs in reputed company
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong background in bookkeeping and financial administration High attention to detail and accuracy A solid understanding of basic reputed company principles Proficiency in MS Office 365, including reputed company and Outlook Excellent communication and customer service skills
