We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us on a 6-month contract where You’ll partner closely with our hiring managers, reputed company yourself in the world of MEV, and headhunt the best talent in the space. What you'll do: • reputed company creatively using unconventional and innovative methods to connect with exceptional candidates in the blockchain and crypto space. • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: identify, engage, and reputed company candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience. • Act as a talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on market trends, talent pipelines, and best practices. • Coordinate: the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring comprehensive data. reputed company’re Looking For: • Experience: +5 years of technical reputed company, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or high-growth startups with an understanding of the relevant players. • Creativity in sourcing: Ability to find and engage with talent reputed company traditional platforms. • Strong communication skills: Comfort with articulating technical roles and our mission to a wide range of candidates. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a high level of organization. • Crypto-curious: You don’t need to be a blockchain expert, but an interest in decentralized systems and a willingness to learn is a must. • Collaboration: Experience working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to define roles and attract talent. • Tools of the trade: Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
