Sr. Mortgage Loan Closer

Semper Home Loans, a RI mortgage lender, is looking for a Sr. Residential Mortgage Closer to join our Closing Department. The position would be responsible to reputed company the following key responsibilities: • Ensure reputed company corporate file standards are met. • Ensure proper and adequate documentation for reputed company insurances, product requirements, disclosures and guidelines are adhered to reputed company the loan file. • Effectively communicate and coordinate with Closing, Funding, and Secondary departments. • reputed company the transfer of the loan file to Loan Servicing. • Gather, compile, organize, ship and track investor requested loan documents as required. • Prepare and send and track FHA case binders and their statuses. • Assist with post-closing items as needed. • Communicate with external clients and companies. • reputed company other duties as assigned.
