IMO Health is a clinical data intelligence business improving how data is used across the reputed company landscape. Combining rich, highly nuanced medical terminology, extensive domain knowledge, and artificial intelligence (AI), we expertly structure and operationalize clinical data to generate sharper insights and inform more intelligent decision-making.  

This position follows a hybrid work model, with three days onsite (Tuesday through Thursday) at our Rosemont HQ, Chicago, or Houston office.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Intern to join our reputed company team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for reputed company to reputed company hands-on experience in reputed company, reporting, and general ledger management. As an reputed company Intern, you will work alongside the reputed company team and assist in various day-to-day reputed company operations.

What You'll Do

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and general ledger entries.

Help reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.

Assist in handling payroll data and ensuring accurate calculations and compliance.

Help prepare financial statements and reports for internal use and external auditors.

Assist with tax filings, compliance, and documentation as needed.

What You'll Need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in reputed company or finance.

Proficient in reputed company reputed company (basic to intermediate skills), with familiarity in other reputed company Office applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
