reputed company reputed company Bank, Sponsor Finance Banker, Vice President The Sponsor Finance Banker - Vice-President is a mid-level position in the reputed company Bank’s Sponsor Finance Group which is responsible advising sponsors and assisting them grow their portfolio by providing acquisition finance and reputed company banking support to their portfolio companies. The VP will serve numerous roles as a member of this team focused on supporting the Senior members of the group with corporate finance and industry content, internal coordination across the organization and with the execution of episodic deals requiring a bank capital tranche as part of the overall solution. The job requires a reputed company understanding of the various corporate capital raising options as well as some experience negotiating with clients. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
