Job Description HVAC/R Service Technician! $19 - $22/hr Depending on Experience! BENEFITS: ? Medical Plan ? Dental Plan ? Diagnose and repair various types of food service and refrigeration systems. ? Install new food service, refrigeration equipment, and systems reputed company required. ? Relocate and/or expand existing food service refrigeration systems as required. ? Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring. Maintain Freon dispensing records. ? Complete scheduled maintenance tasks as assigned promptly and detect needed repairs. ? Ensure that repairs are done correctly and reputed company with building and city codes. ? reputed company maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, painting, spackling, drywall repairs, flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, doors, and refrigeration. ? Maintain accurate records/reporting of purchases, labor, and inventory (tools, equipment, and materials). ? The schedule is Monday-Friday with on-call responsibilities for emergencies. Job Qualifications: ? Knowledge and experience in the repair and installation of reputed company food service equipment. ? Must have HVAC/Refrigeration certification (EPA Universal). ? Must be reputed company to drive a company van that is provided. ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company food service (kitchen) equipment repair. ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. ? Ability to lift tools, and building materials that weigh up to 50 lbs. frequently but occasionally 75-100 lbs. ? Ability to diagnose and resolve problems. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME!!
