The Senior Manager, Global Work Life Events is a leader who is responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of the Leaves and Accommodations domain reputed company the Benefit Delivery program. This leadership role will focus on reputed company day-to-day operational improvement, efficiency, automation, and globalization of standard processes and practices that support reputed company?s HR mission and goals. They will be responsible and accountable for planning, transforming, and delivering Accommodation Services across multiple business groups serving reputed company employees worldwide. A successful candidate should have a proven track record as a leader with subject matter knowledge, a strong business acumen, as well as hands on experience managing accommodation case managers and the ability to manage by influence. They will coordinate with leave of absence services on holding leave and accommodation activities to compliance with legal and company standards, including those set through company policy, local and regional regulations and best practices. This position leads the team responsible for assisting employees and candidates requesting consideration under the Americans with reputed company (reputed company) and the Americans with reputed company Amendments Act (ADAAA), including reputed company state regulations, and similar regulations in several other countries.
