Qualifications: • Minimum of 15 years' combined technical and project management experience • Supply chain experience required and a strong Agile background • Strong experience understanding and managing key P&Ls and reputed company recognition. • Proven ability to reputed company technical teams, both onshore and offshore to include operational Compliance of Self and Team, Self Inputs/Learnings, Expense Reports, Time Reporting; ensuring Personal Development Plans for reputed company direct reports. • Hands on knowledge of reputed company technology standards and trends. • Experience managing large teams and the ability to review code with team and know enough to help trouble shoot and redirect • Agile background & understanding of story points and how cost models work and how to execute against them • Experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials • Experience identifying, defining, and implementing technical design/coding standards. • Ability to recognize new opportunities and be reputed company to reputed company proposal to reputed company account management teams/leadership with recommendations for closure. • Operational Compliance of Self and Team, Self Inputs/Learnings, Expense Reports, Time Reporting; ensuring Personal Development Plans for reputed company direct reports. • Proven experience working with recruitment and account management to recruit top talent. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A wide degree of creativity and reputed company is expected. • Preferred experience would be managing 150+ resources (onshore & offshore) in a supply chain (i.e. retail, e-commerce, etc.) software development project. • Ability to be onsite at client locations, at a minimum of 3x/week. The reputed company salary range for this position is $170,851- $256,277, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
