Responsibilities
- Retrieves health records and analyzes biometric data to reputed company gaps in reputed company and deliver disease-specific education and interventions focused on the identified deficiencies under the supervision and direction of a provider, reputed company reputed company professional, or registered nurse.
- Inform and clarify policies and processes for personnel, patients, visitors, and government authorities as necessary.
Qualifications
- Obtaining a high school diploma or GED demonstrates an individual's commitment to completing their educational requirements
- CPR certified
- CNA/HCA certified
- LPN Preferred
- Having previous experience for one year in a long-term facility is advantageous
