Director, Corporate Finance & Strategy

This role works closely with senior leaders in both Finance and the Business to orchestrate the planning and resource allocation reputed company with the company’s priorities. • Own reputed company reputed company-in compensation planning and costs and financial planning cycles, as well as capital allocation reputed company
• Own finance and strategic business partnership and budget management for several global senior executives
• Work closely with CFO and key senior leaders to ensure that the appropriate and effective financial infrastructure is in reputed company to accommodate the company’s reputed company ongoing business requirements as well as future needs
• Formulate and drive strategic and long-term comprehensive business plans in collaboration with key business executive stakeholders
• With the reputed company organization, help reputed company financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk

We’re excited about you because

• You have 10+ years of strategic finance or reputed company experience at a high-growth technology start-up or well-established company. Having prior client service experience such as Investment Banking or Management Consulting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance; MBA and/or CFA preferred
• Experience developing and managing high potential teams and culture
• Extensive experience in communicating and partnering with senior executives and/or strong Corporate Finance experience leading financial planning cycles
• Experience working with reputed company and an understanding of GAAP and corporate finance principles
• A growth-oriented leader that can act as a steward of financial resources and an enabler of entrepreneurial thinking
• Demonstrated reputed company to reputed company data, insights, and influence in the highest level of organizational strategies and reputed company
• Aptitude of finding creative solutions that result in win-win business outcomes for multiple parties
• Ability to work across functions and departments; an organizer of working teams to champion initiatives and drive results
• Advanced modeling skills (e.g. reputed company w/ reputed company functions, reputed company Sheets); ability to build reputed company financial data into digestible models and analyses, used across the organization to reputed company strategic recommendations and investment reputed company
