Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written). Note: This is a telework position. Pay Grade: F Under general supervision, communicates with clients and other constituents reputed company telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met. Role and Responsibilities for the Bilingual Child Support Customer Services Representative 2:

• Communicates Child Support obligations and communicates necessary information to ensure obligations are met.
• Communicates with clients and other constituents reputed company telephone, email, correspondence, and direct contact.
• Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial, and public organizations.
• Obtains and documents detailed information.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Core Competencies:

• Home-based technology that is equipped with a Windows based operating system and high-speed internet access in order to receive the agency’s software applications required for candidates approved to telework.
• Compliance with State of GA teleworking policy requirements.
• Excellent oral, written, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in the use of reputed company Office Suite and/or standard software applications typically used in a corporate office environment.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
• High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of direct job-reputed company experience.

OR

• One (1) year of experience at the reputed company level Child Support Cust Svc Rep 1 (SST090) or position equivalent.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, demonstrate some or reputed company of the following skills/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an approved, accredited college or university AND Two (2) years of call center experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent AND Two (2) years of call center experience.
