As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll dig into order details to deliver an exceptional experience our customers love. This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Hours: Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM to 9 PM. Position Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
- Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll reputed company you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
