Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our septic company. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with billing and service-reputed company questions.The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and can handle customer concerns with professionalism. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company and contribute to delivering top-quality service to our clients.Responsibilities*Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. *Schedule and coordinate septic system inspections, maintenance, and service appointments. *Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines. *Handle customer concerns, resolve issues reputed company possible, and escalate reputed company complaints to management if needed. *Maintain and update customer records, service histories, and billing information. *Process payments, invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. *Communicate effectively with field technicians to ensure accurate scheduling and service delivery. *Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction after service. *Assist in preparing and sending customer reminders, quotes, and follow-up communications. *Stay informed about company services, policies, and industry regulations.Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using computers
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques and multi-tasking skills

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
