Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we've designed the system with the reputed company, flexibility, and performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.Kuiper IT Services is looking to hire a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for our infrastructure, warehousing operations, production environments, and laboratory facilities. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our organization.Key job responsibilities - This shift will be a dayshift, 8:00am - 4:00PM, M-F. Shift assignments or hours are subject to change based on business need. - Process tickets reputed company approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues. - Provision, reputed company, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and maxOS workstations - Provision, reputed company, and troubleshoot bare-metal windows and Linux servers - Configure, reputed company, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls - Participate in hiring, training and development of others - Provide technical support for Kuiper Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software - Provide remote support for Kuiper employees and infrastructure worldwide - reputed company scheduled maintenance and system upgrades - Assist with project implementations and technology deployments - Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence, reputed company, Quality, etc.) and set standards. - Participate in on-call responsibilities. - up to 25% Travel Requirementsreputed company Clearance: This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI reputed company clearance.A day in the life You start the day by reviewing critical incidents that need to be prioritized. After addressing immediate concerns, you will join the daily team stand up and work on projects and tickets critical to production and take part with a rotating on-call. In this role, you will build relationships with production teams, mentor, and ensure stability and standardization.
