• Must have the ability to receive a Top Secret (TS) clearance

• Operational experience with Materials Resource Planning (MRP) Tools

• Operational experience with Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles

• Theoretical and practical logistics operations management knowledge

• Experience with working in and managing dynamic and demanding programs

• Experience with assisting in engineering development, design, production and sustainment efforts

• Experience in a fast-paced environment

• Operational experience with conducting physical/cycle counts and setting up cycle counts

• Proven leadership skills

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications· Master's degree preferred

• 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with 5 years being in a supervisory role

· Experience in strategic planning, program proposals, risk management and/or change management· Expert proficiency with Logistics Software Tools· Six reputed company Black Belt· Expert proficiency 6S Lean principles and application· Operational knowledge of PHS&T DoD standards and regulationsSalary Range: $92,000-$115,000The salary range posted is for Colorado Springs, CO.
