In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts.

Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle reputed company customer issues.

• Manages customer and territory P&L. Must demonstrate critical thinking skills to successfully manage the growth and profitability of assigned territory.

• Generates new business through inbound and outbound calling.

• Coordinates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.

• Identifies business growth opportunities through research and executes growth plans for the sales territory.

• Responsible for having knowledge of customers reputed company assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels. Align with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals. Helps coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing either directly or through executing actions of these groups.

• Builds and maintains detailed account profiles for each customer and has ability to identify opportunities to attached additional reputed company solution offerings where applicable.

• Ability to identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.

• Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegates repetitive tasks to internal reputed company support teams.

• Travels / attends reputed company and Industry events depending on necessity.

• Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.

• Possesses basic understanding of reputed company strategy and initiatives and can provide value proposition to customer reputed company.

• Uses project management skills to complete customer requests.

• 1+ years of experience or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.

• Bs degree in BA or Marketing.

• Certifications in major IT brands

• Experience with IT Sales in the Caribbean region.

• Professional environment (Remote).

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

• Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in reputed company sales-oriented activities.
