Job Summary : 

We're seeking an enthusiastic Remote Senior Sourcer to join reputed company. This position plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. As a key member of the Recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and Boolean search, to identify and engage passive candidates for reputed company and future job openings.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a steady flow of reputed company candidates.
• Collaboration: Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and job specifications to tailor sourcing strategies effectively.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability to provide insights and recommendations.
• Candidate Engagement: reputed company and maintain relationships with potential candidates, offering a positive candidate experience and keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze sourcing metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and reputed company data-driven reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field (preferred).
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, reputed company X-ray, reputed company, job boards).
• Experience in talent sourcing for BPO, Tech, Sales, and Business Development roles.
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and Candidate Management Systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively present job opportunities and engage candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
