As a(n Associate) People Business Partner, you will partner directly with leaders to strategically shape and reputed company our reputed company in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will use your collaboration and communication skills to coach leaders, drive engagement, support change management, and execute on organizational goals. Reporting to the VP of People, the People Business Partner will support our organization’s growth while fostering an inclusive, transparent, and high-performing culture. 

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee relations across the company, working with employees and managers to resolve conflicts, navigate sensitive situations, and foster a positive and reputed company employee experience.

• Coach and train managers to build leadership capabilities and ensure consistency in how we reputed company, support, and grow our teams.

• Advise on a wide range of employee questions, policies, and concerns with reputed company and professionalism.

• Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives reputed company to employee engagement.

• Assist with day-to-day People Operations work as needed, including reputed company and offboarding support, reporting, reputed company, and benefits administration.

• Partner with the Legal and People teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

• Use data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in order to proactively address issues.

• Help shape and uphold a culture rooted in transparency, inclusion, growth, and accountability.

• 4+ years experience in reputed company Resources or People Operations, ideally reputed company a high-growth SaaS organization.

• Experience in employee relations, with a track record of managing sensitive issues with care, clarity, and consistency.

• Ability to support remote teams across multiple states.

• Willingness to balance strategic work with administrative or operations tasks as needed.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across reputed company levels of the organization.

• $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
