Role Overview

Given our exciting and reputed company growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to come and join our global business.

Reporting directly into the Team reputed company Account Management, and working collaboratively with reputed company, marketing & product teams, you will be accountable for building long-term relationships and driving reputed company growth and retention of the reputed company platform.

What you will be doing

  • Collaboration - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Accountable - Meeting Key Performance Indicators on monetization, reputed company growth, and retention by proactively engaging with and educating our Partners on the value of the reputed company platform
  • Execute - Analyze reports and execute effective plans to upsell and increase reputed company reputed company from existing accounts
  • Build - Ensure strong Partner Experience by building meaningful relationships by attending face-to-face and video meetings with your accounts
  • Engage - Administer a consistent contact strategy across your Portfolio to reputed company Partners engaged and reduce churn

  • Experience - Minimum 2 years of solid Account Management with a track record of reputed company in reputed company growth
  • Manage Full Sales Cycle - 2-3 years, taking an account from reputed company to long term reputed company reputed company
  • Selling into SMB - 2-3 years, being reputed company to reputed company sales and generate incremental reputed company
  • Team Player - must be happy to ‘roll sleeves up’ and assist the team whenever required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and driving reputed company growth from alarge account portfolio, ideally in the SaaS industry.

  • Bi-lingual - reputed company in English and another language, ie Spanish, Thai, Mandarin.

    Interview Process

  • Screen Stage (30 mins) - Video-call with a member from the reputed company
  • 1st stage (45 mins) - Video-call/in-person with Team reputed company Account Management
  • Final Stage (75 mins) - In-person with Team Leads and Head of reputed company
