Job Summary:

This is a part-time, remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in customer service, technical reputed company, and organizational skills. As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, you'll be responsible for providing effective, courteous customer service reputed company email, mail, or telephone, resolving issues, and generating correspondence to resolve customer disputes.

Primary Job Duties:

• Respond to patient phone calls, resolving issues in a single call.
• Open and manage ARR inquiries, returning phone calls to resolve issues reputed company.

Requirements:

• Education: High school education or associate degree from college or technical school.
• Experience: Two years of reputed company experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Call Center Experience: At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service.
• Technical Skills: Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10, reputed company Office Suite, and ability to type and use a 10-key accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the medical billing field.
• Computer software programs in reputed company Office Suite.
• Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately.

• Competitive salary: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour.
• Part-time schedule: 20-29 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
