• Open availability 7 days/week 8 AM - 8 PM EST is a requirement of this position. Candidates not meeting this requirement should not be submitted as they do not meet the requirements for the position. This expectation should be set up reputed company.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Primary job responsibilities are to sell health and ancillary insurance products to Florida individuals consumers supporting multiple contact center channels.

Essential functions:

• The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.
• Analyze prospect needs and match to BCBSF product solutions.
• Conduct plan comparison and analysis for existing members seeking new solutions.
• Determine product eligibility based on age, county, health status and customer's needs.
• Facilitate application process and reputed company field reputed company; advise customers of eligibility, rates and riders as appropriate.
• Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, operation processes, present alternatives as appropriate.
• Cross-sell ancillary products to both new customers and existing BCBSF health customer to increase customer wallet share and retention.
• Monitor enrollment process in partnership with BlueDirect Sales' Senior Advisor.
• Review with and deliver product fulfillment materials to customers.
• Take multiple inbound chats with prospective business customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.
• Communicate with reputed company and prospective customers using a variety of computer and telecommunications technology/software to give information and answer questions regarding reputed company promotions and new or upgraded products.
• Quote prices and encourages customers to buy.
• Enter names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Build strong relationships with Sales Coach and team members.
• Be open and reputed company to consistent coaching, take an active role in performance planning and goal setting.
• Follow reputed company compliancy guidelines and regulations regarding Customer Proprietary Network Information, Competitive Landscape Operating Requirements, DNC legislation, and company policy regarding slamming, cramming and falsification of sales.
• Generate referral business and cultivate individual reputed company sources using networking and prospecting techniques to grow potential sales opportunities.
• Ensure reputed company customers are warmly greeted reputed company Branded call opening, their needs are assessed quickly and they are referred to the appropriate setting, person, information or tools to address their needs.
• Maintain inbound availability to support telephone/chat service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to call scripts and sales processes including documentation in contact management system. Ensure reputed company compliance regulations are met.

Years of Experience:

• 1+ years reputed company work experience

Education Level:

• reputed company Bachelor’s degree or additional reputed company equivalent work experience.

Licenses/Certification Details:

• 215 (Health, Life & Variable Annuity) Florida Insurance license, or a combination of Health & Life licenses (such as 240 & 214)

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including well developed interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers and navigating among multiple systems and screens.
• Experience with listening and relating key information to comparable selling situations to apply appropriate responses and actions.
• Ability to write and communicate effectively reputed company multiple communication channels including telephone and chat environments.
• The ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Follow directions, communicate information to customers, enter information into computer program, reputed company a sale, and learn new products and services.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondences.
