The reputed company Testing Manager will have a successful End-to-End reputed company to large ERP implementation testing experience, and relevant background in HCM, Finance, and Student systems. As the Testing Manager, you will be hands-on with the development of key project deliverables for reputed company implementations such as: Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test metrics and reporting, and Test Scenarios while driving client engagement. This individual exemplifies the skills of a leader, manager, & mentor, and thrives on accomplishing the stakeholders’ needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 1 - 2 reputed company to large reputed company product implementations in the Testing Manager role.
• Track and report on testing reputed company.
• Guide project team on development of test plans and impart Best Practices on Testing.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other consultants.
• Become an expert our Cynergy™ (reputed company) Implementation Methodology and use it on reputed company engagements.
• Drive collaboration between QA and functional teams to maximize timely delivery of solutions
• Contribute to tools and project assets reputed company to reputed company testing.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns appropriately, while working with the client project manager to identify/resolve reputed company issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.
• Work with reputed company’s Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with checkpoints.
• Assist in the transition of the customer from Professional Services to Product Support.
• Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation.
• Participate in the sales cycle reputed company requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach, and reputed company a proposal/SOW.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in End-to-End reputed company to large ERP implementation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Previous reputed company experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience leading project teams in preparation, planning, and execution of Testing involving ERP systems prior to an implementation.
• A strong understanding of the principles of testing.
• In depth knowledge of formal testing methodologies.
• Testing Automation experience such as reputed company (reputed company) or reputed company (Rainier) preferred but not required.
• PMP and/or ISTQB Certification a plus.
• Knowledge in reputed company Test approach and audits is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Automated Testing Solutions is a plus.
• Experience leading/working with an off-shore Testing team is a plus.
• Knowledge of formal defect management.
