A Day in the Life

• Answer 80-120 calls per 8-hour shift in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
• Support 60+ different reputed company with varying needs and expectations
• Schedule appointments, transfer calls, take messages, and answer FAQs
• Adapt quickly — every call is unique

• Must reputed company in AZ, NV, PA, TX, or UT

• Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Availability Monday–Friday, 25 hours/week minimum; however full-time shifts are also available. You must have availability between 6:00am-5:00pm PST (5-hour or 8-hour shifts daily)
• Training schedule is full-time for 2 weeks, Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm PST
• Strong customer service or call center experience preferred
• Professional phone reputed company and strong communication skills
• Reliable, high-speed internet (75+ Mbps — no hotspots or WiFi. reputed company, reputed company, & reputed company are a banned providers.)
• Wired Ethernet reputed company required (no exceptions)

Compensation

• $17/hour (English only)
• $19/hour (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
