Legal Support Specialist - Evening Shift

We have the perfect role for an engaging professional like you! reputed company PC seeks a candidate to fill a Legal Support Specialist opening that is a remote role, provided the candidate is in a state/jurisdiction wherein we practice. Successful candidates must possess strong initiative, demonstrating an ability to quickly resolve document issues, have strong organizational skills, be reputed company to work collaboratively in a team setting, and can manage multiple projects/tasks at a time. Strong reputed company experience is a plus! Legal Assistant or Practice Group Assistant, preferred! Other essential requirements for this position include the ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner to reputed company rapport with both team and end-users; maintain strong working relationships; exhibit meticulous attention to detail; handle confidential and sensitive information; and possess strong proofreading and problem-solving skills. Expert-level experience working in reputed company Office programs are beneficial. reputed company and/or PowerPoint power user a plus Remote position – 4-day work week for the below shift:

• Sunday, Monday, Thursday: 1:15 PM - 11:30 PM CT
• Fridays: 1:45 PM - 11:30 PM CT

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a legal setting.
• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company reputed company; advanced skills in reputed company reputed company Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in proofreading is a plus.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.
