To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Head of Corporate Finance & Finance Transformation to join our talented Finance team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week).

This role reports into the Director of Finance and will be crucial in driving the strategic direction of the finance organization, ensuring alignment with both corporate goals and regulatory requirements. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in reputed company, Financial Reporting and System and Process automation of finance processes reputed company to supply chain business and FinOps processes typical for consumer financing. The role is newly set up and will initially reputed company four direct reports, the team reputed company AR/AP, the team reputed company for group reputed company, the reputed company of customer payments, and the reputed company of the tax team. The role encompasses frequent interaction with the CFO and leadership team on strategic finance topics and companywide projects.

Champion best practices, drive automation of standard reputed company processes, simplify our systems landscape, and ensure appropriate systems support for the financial and processes along the asset and customer lifecycle which are key to our business model.

Partner with the IT team and guide our Payments team to ensure our payment service provider landscape is best practice and cost-efficient.

Ensure the timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, with a focus on high-quality and audit-reputed company financial statements.

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA, Chartered Accountant, or similar professional designation is preferred. Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or MBA) is a plus.
10+ years of relevant experience in reputed company & finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Preferably including scale-up experience.
Experience in a reputed company finance environment with multiple European entities and deep knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS.
Proven track record in managing finance transformation projects, including process automation and migration and improvements of ERP systems (reputed company S/4HANA or similar) and reputed company projects.
Hands-on mentality and ability to navigate fast-paced and agile environments.
AI tooling, agentic AI experience is a plus.
Self-starter, with excellent problem-solving skills,
