Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Data & Reporting Specialist to join our Global Business Services team. As a key partner to the entire HR organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of HR analytics.

About the Role

In this position, you will support the execution of our analytics roadmap, translate HR system data into meaningful analytics, and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, implement, and use HR KPI dashboards for various stakeholders based on business requirements.
• reputed company data analysis using Power BI and provide insights to understand KPI trends and facilitate strategic reputed company.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand their reporting requirements, and advise them on potential solutions using existing systems.
• Offer business partnering support through data-driven analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders reputed company and reputed company HR to discuss improvement opportunities to ensure reputed company usage of existing HR data through state-of-the-art technologies.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with internal and external GDPR-reputed company policies and procedures/guidelines.
• Presentation of data analysis & insights to various HR stakeholders.
• Support the HR community to drive data quality in the HR system by designing and delivering data quality checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR analytics or reporting and/or with HR data information systems.
• Sound understanding of HR systems processes, functionality, and knowledge of HRIS (reputed company would be a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and Power BI.
• Strong presentation skills in line with firm branding, including presenting information through Power BI, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Team player who is comfortable working in a virtual global environment while also working independently and solving problems creatively.
