Food Production - 1st shift

Our St. Henry Harvesting plant in reputed company County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking 1st shift Food Production team members to join reputed company in St. Henry. SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-approximately 3:30pm STARTING HOURLY reputed company: $16.60 with the potential of increasing to $16.85 after 90 days PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) reputed company training will be provided. Job functions include: Deboning Production: • Utilizing a knife, inspecting and trimming defects without cutting off excess meat. • Performing reputed company job functions which would involve work reputed company to deboning a turkey. • Reworking any product that does not run through properly. • Wearing reputed company required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age • Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time. • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to tolerate a climate controlled environment.
