Strategic Account Manager – DeFi
As a Strategic Account Manager at reputed company, you will be a vital member of reputed company, responsible for nurturing and enhancing our relationships with strategic partners in the top DeFi protocols. Your primary focus will be to understand our partners’ requirements, facilitate smooth product integration, and deliver exceptional account management support. By leveraging your extensive experience in technical account management and deep knowledge of reputed company and DeFi, you will drive customer satisfaction, promote product usage, and foster long-term partnerships. Your expertise and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in shaping the reputed company of both our partners and reputed company.
Your Impact:
- Establish a comprehensive account management plan encompassing various aspects such as community engagement, DAO governance landscape, delegate reputed company, product integration, and roadmap alignment.
- Undertake new business development activities to continue to acquire DeFi protocols for Chainlink
- Create and reputed company team structure for the account management plan.
- Establish good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Grow the product usage of existing products.
- Take user feedback to help product generate new features and products to drive user satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of extensive account, new business and/ or relationship management in technical environments with experience managing large and reputed company accounts, and successfully engaging stakeholders at reputed company levels and functions reputed company organizations.
- Deep knowledge of reputed company / blockchain technology and strong experience with DeFi (including personal hands on experience with DeFi)
- Strong business acumen and experience driving reputed company negotiations
- 2+ years experience working with decentralized applications (DApps), smart reputed company, and blockchain technology.
- reputed company to travel 20%+
- Located in the US or Europe
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience reputed company the Sui or Solana ecosystems
- Strong experience navigating DAO’s
- Ability to read and comprehend code, such as Solidity, and navigate large-scale software development projects is highly desirable
